CLUBS AND EXTERNAL SERVERS
The ITV Support Team will create a list of clubs and external servers for you and your team. The clubs created will be specific to sport types. This information will be provided to you. If any additional clubs and/or external servers are required, please send an e-mail to support@itvafrica.net. Include the number of clubs, the number of external servers, and the sport types required. Pixellot Support will enable external content on all of your clubs.
ACCESSING THE PIXELLOT CMS
You, and your team, will require access to the Pixellot CMS (Central Management System) to schedule events and access RTMP links and stream keys.
Step 1: E-mail addresses
The ITV Support Team will need your, and your team members’, e-mail addresses in order to make you all admin members of your allocated clubs. Please supply this information to the ITV Support Team by sending an e-mail to support@itvafrica.net.
Step 2: Creating a Pixellot account
Once your team have been granted access to your clubs, they will receive an e-mail from donotreply@pixellot.tv informing them that they are now admin of that specific club. They must click on “Accept Invite” which will take them to the CMS home page where they can create a new account, with a password of their choice, and accept the invite.
Step 3: Creating events
Once your team has access to the CMS, they use https://club.pixellot.tv/ to log in and create stream events. They do this by clicking on the events tab- on the left hand side- and then the plus sign on the bottom right. This will take them to an events creation page.
