Gaining access to the Pixellot CMS

To access the CMS, you must either:

• Request admin access via the AI Sport Africa team, or

• Be granted access to a specific CMS club (as a general operator)

CMS club - a digital profile representing a specific sports club or organization. It serves as a space where information and VODs (Video On Demand) related to the club are stored and managed.

Admin Access

To request admin access: 

Open an Access Ticket with the AI Sport Africa team by sending an email to support@aisport.africa

Subject: CMS Admin Access

Email Body:
Include the following information:

• The email address of the person requiring access

• The name of the CMS tenant they need admin access to

Club Access

If someone already has admin access to your tenant on the Pixellot CMS, they can grant club access by adding your email address to the appropriate club:

1. Log in to the CMS

2. Click on the “Clubs” tab (right-hand side)

3. Find the relevant club

4. Click the pencil (edit) icon for that club

5. Add the operator’s email address in the "Admin(s)" field

6. Save the changes

Next Steps

1. An invitation email will be sent from donotreply@pixellot.tv (Check spam/junk folders).

2. Click on “Accept Invite” in the email, which redirects to the CMS home page.

3. Complete the form with:

   • Full Name

   • Email address (same as originally provided)

   • A password of your choice

4. Click “Create Account”

You may then be redirected to another Pixellot page where you must click “Accept Invite” again.

If not automatically logged in, go to: https://club.pixellot.tv/ and log in with your new credentials.
