  • Log in to the CMS and click on the pencil (edit) button of your first event.
  • Scroll down to the VAS Providers section and click on “overlayProvider”. Two links will appear underneath.
  • Press the first link’s copy button and paste the link into a new web tab. You do not need the second link.
  • Your scoring page should open and look like the picture below – showing the two teams’ logos and names. Make sure basic scoring is selected and click on the single theme (Premium Blue) shown at the bottom of the page and then the select theme button.

  • You can change the automated abbreviations to something more appropriate. This is the name that will appear on the stream’s score bug.
  • You can customize the teams’ colours that will appear on the score bug and then you must select “Start Match”.

  • Your scoring page will now load. (The green, yellow and pink sections below have been highlighted so that they can easily be referred to in the explanations to come.)

  • Make sure the time of a half/quarter is correct. You can edit the time by clicking on it.
  • As the start whistle of the game is blown, you must press the “play” button. This will toggle “Show Timer” to on and will display the game time on the score bug.
It is unrealistic to expect the timer to be correct to the second, but it should be as close as possible. If your timer is out by more than a minute, you can live edit the time by clicking the “live edit” button where you can adjust the time as desired.

  • If the game goes to extra time, you can edit and display the extra time timer.
  • Make sure that “Use Auto Ads” is toggled to on.
  • Once the half time break is over you click on the “Start Second Half” button.
  • Action triggers in the green box need to be selected for:
    • A goal to be added to/removed from the score bug.
    • The action trigger graphic shown in the pink box to be automatically activated.
    • The game stats recorded here can be displayed by selecting “Match Summary” in the yellow box during a game break.
  • The yellow box is used to choose different display options to pull through to your stream.
    • Versus – used during game breaks

    • Score – normal scoreboard with time.
    • Score (Big) – scoreboard banner at the bottom of the stream (no time shown).

    • Match Summary – game stats shown across the stream. Only select this option if you have accurately been recording the game stats.

Some of the display options block the live sporting action and so it is important to be vigilant and make sure you change back to ‘Score’ during the playing time.

  • The pink box shows the automatically activated graphics that are displayed by selecting an action trigger in the green box. You should never manually need to select anything in this pink box. Note: If a button is clicked in the pink box, it will need to be unclicked to remove the action trigger graphic from the screen. The action trigger graphic will not automatically disappear if activated in this pink box.

  • Once the game is over you can select "Close Scoring" or just close the tab. If there is another game being played, you will need to reopen the scoring tab for that game by copying the link in that game’s scheduled event.
