Resetting the graphics in the VPU Manager

First make sure the score link has been started

1. Log in to the CMS
2. Under the Events tab, find the event and open both the Graphic Control URL and the Graphic Overlay URL
3. Ensure that the Graphic Control URL has been started and is not set to the "Show Blank" overlay Option.
4. Confirm that no graphics are being displayed on the Graphic Overlay URL
   
   

Resetting the graphics in the VPU Manager

1. Ensure your system is online.
2. Open the VPU Manager via either:
   1. Events Tab: Find your event, click on the three dots above your system name, click on the VPU box
   2. Inventory Tab: Find your system, click on the VPU box under VPU Status.
   3. Monitoring Tab: Find your system, click on the VPU box next to your system name.
      
      IMPORTANT: Please do not fiddle with things in the VPU Manager that you do not understand.
      
      
3. Once the VPU Manager has loaded, you are going to click on the Venue Tools tab and click on the Maintenance sub tab.
4. Here you are going to click on Graphics Reset which will reset the graphics and your scoreboard should reappear.
   
   If the scoreboard/graphics have still not reappeared, raise a ticket with the AI Sport Africa Support Team OR, if you have access to the SportVot backend, reset the score link via the SV backend.
