One of the first points of troubleshooting a disruption to your stream is checking whether the VPU (Video Processing Unit) and CHU (Camera Head Unit) are powered up and have a strong internet connection. You can do this by:
- Running an internet speed test on a mobile device that is connected to the same network as the VPU.
- Looking at the ports at the back of the VPU. If you see any lights, it means that the VPU and CHU have power.
- Analysing the colours of the port lights which connect the CHU to the VPU.
