Mobile System: Post event checks

The ITV Africa Support team recommends that after a system has been used, a couple of post event checks are run before the system is used again:

Check all equipment and ensure that everything is there and undamaged.
Plug the system in to allow any errors to be cleared. Inform the ITV Africa Support Team that the system is plugged in.
Run the following system checks:
- VPU Manager >> Venue Tools >> Network Check >> Run Test (all green)
- VPU Manager >> Venue Tools >> System Test >> Run System Test (passed)
Run a 30 minute test event on the system.
- Test the graphics by running the manual scoreboard and ensuring that it pulls through.
- Once the test event has finished, scan through the VOD and ensure that it is also 30 mins.
Get the “Go Ahead” from the support team to unplug the system.
Any issues on any of these checks need to be raised to the ITV Support Team.
