If your event is required to run for longer than 6 hours, you will also need to add the "Extended Event Creator" extension.

SAVING YOUR EVENT
Select "Save" to finish creating your event.
Select “Save and New” if you're scheduling back-to-back fixtures under the same club and venue.
This will autofill key details for your next fixture, saving time.
You’ll just need to update the fixture name, start date, and start time.
You can also adjust the teams if needed.
NOTE: The Pixellot system requires a buffer of 3 minutes between fixtures. Your next fixture can therefore only be scheduled to start 3 minutes after the end of your last fixture.
After a fixture is created, the following can be edited up to 10 minutes before the event starts:
Event name
Start and end times
Teams
Categories
The end time can be edited up to 1 minute before the event concludes.
Once the event is completed, you can still edit the event name, teams, and categories by accessing the event VOD.
To make changes, click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the event listing.
